Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
